- Monday to Friday 07:00 to 22:00; Sat: 9:00 - 19:00, Sun: 10:00 - 19:00
- Handling inbound calls and inquiries via chat
- Processing flight reservations
- Solving problems and complaints
- Answering customer queries
- Full time or passive student status
- Work minimum 24 hours/week (you have to work minimum 3 times a week)
- You can work on minimum two weekends in a month
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing
- Customer focused and excellent customer care skills
- Stress tolerance
