We are looking for a HR CONSULTANT TRAINEE - GERMAN for a long-term period.

Főbb feladatok:

  • Role purpose
  • • Sanofi Business Services (SBS), is setting up a new captive Business Services center in Budapest to provide Finance & Accounting (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash) as well as Employee oriented (HR services) services to the regions Europe incl. France and North America.
  • • In addition, the Budapest Business Services Centre will host a number of global Centers of Excellence (CoE) and provide support and other services globally.
  • • With respect to HR Services, the Business Services Centre will be covering the following areas of the process:
  • • Manage Organization & Employee Master Data
  • • Employee Life Cycle Management
  • • Payroll, Attendance, Compensation & benefits administration
  • • HR Information Management
  • The purpose of this role is to: Operation
  • • Manage HR queries from employees using the procedures provided and articles in the knowledge base
  • • Work in the case management tool to report each case and progress on the resolution
  • • Provide the customer service to the employees mostly on HR Services queries verbally and in writing
  • • Write knowledge articles based on the process content provided
  • • Take initiative in process improvement, in projects
  • The SBS EE Query Handling Analyst Trainee reports to the Query Handling Team Lead and may be assigned a specific sub-process or geography. He / She works closely with other HR Services areas, HR, Legal, ITS Business Partners, Facilities management, and EE front line teams in countries / regions.

  • • Handle incoming phone calls/ written queries from customers regarding HR issues in German
  • • Analyze and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step instructions provided
  • • Enrich internal knowledge base / Country manual based on answers provided by L2/L3 teams
  • • Delivers high quality standard service to customers
  • • Continually seek out ways to improve client satisfaction
  • • Demonstrate knowledge of HR processes and procedures provided
  • • Write knowledge articles based on the content provided in English and German language
  • Continuous improvement
  • • Proposes process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
  • • Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
