HR Assistant and Receptionist
The position’s primary focus is to provide accurate and precise support directly to the HR Manager and colleagues in the Budapest office, as well as to senior management and other international teams across Europe.

Főbb feladatok:
- Supervision of the reception area 4 days a week with flexible working hours
- Day-to-day management and inventory of office supplies for stationery and kitchen
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and lead them to the appropriate person or meeting room
- Ensure reception and conference rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Prepare rooms for meetings.
- Resolve basic incidents/issues in-person and via phone/email/teams or escalate to the office manager when necessary
- Send, receive, sort, and distribute daily mail & manage shipping requests (including import/export custom-related documents)
- Assist new joiners with starter packages and leavers with administration and collection of company assets
- Participating in in-house client event organization and execution
- Providing daily administrative support for Sylvania EMT board members
- Off-site administration
- Scheduling appointments and sending reminders. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
- Making travel arrangements
- Processing incoming documents, invoices, and signature requests
Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások:
- Ongoing BA/MA degree (Business or HR related is a plus)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with an emphasis on high attention to detail are essential for this position
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication capabilities
- Ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes
- Being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations on time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate under pressure
- Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organized documentation
- Fluent English and Hungarian are required (another European language is beneficial)
Előnyt jelent:
- Experience in executive management support, office management and HR administration is an advantage
