Customer Service Representative
- Managing the Customers expectations and ensure that all communication is clear & accurate.
- Key orders on the system, ensuring the customer requirements are correctly recorded.
- Order book management, including liaising with other departments & areas of the business to ensure wherever possible the customer`s
- requirements are met.
- Manage and record all customer calls on CRM
- Quotation creation, logging in CRM & follow up.
Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások:
- Ongoing studies and full time active student status
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fluent in English and Swedish is a must
- 2-3 years experience in customer service
- Positive & friendly approach.
- Ability to identify business opportunities & generate these into orders
- Good IT knowledge in Excel, Word & email.
- Team player
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Fluent in English and Swedish
