Customer Service Representative
The role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide a range of activities to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment and project support service for the Sales Organization and customers, in a specific country or group of countries, both via telephone and FSE business systems.
Főbb feladatok:
- Managing the Customers expectations and ensure that all communication is clear & accurate
- Key orders on the system, ensuring the customer requirements are correctly recorded
- Order book management, including liaising with other departments & areas of the business to ensure wherever possible the customer`s requirements are met
- Coordinate where needed with the shipping locations (LPB, Newhaven, other)
- Check orders with either excessive forward dates, or not maintained days in the past
- Check for minimum price / minimum margin holds
- Update the MSP (minimum selling price) / A4 levels for the countries / PLM's
- Respond to basic technical questions and provide data sheets and certificates where necessary
- Manage and record all customer calls on CRM
- Quotation creation, logging in CRM & follow up
- Recording activities & attaching documents correctly on CRM
- Query management, including the resolution of disputes and issuing of Credit Notes where applicable
- Carry out effective Telesales activity to support campaigns or promotions as required.
- Key sample orders for Product Managers and Factories
- Update / maintain the Com_Net filters for the customers ordering via Com_Net
- Balance various available stocks (from Events, from Excess, from Retail, ...)
- Chase "procurement flag" for Event handling (with buyers / planners)
- Control manual release requests
- Manage and control FR4 project orders / warehouse
Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások:
- Full time active student status
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fluent in English
- Professional manner
- Positive & friendly approach
- Ability to identify business opportunities & generate these into orders
- Good IT knowledge in Excel, Word & email
- Team player
- Ability to work to deadlines
Előnyt jelent:
- Slovakian/Czech languages are advantages
Munkavégzés időpontja:
- 25-40 hours/week
