- ROLE PURPOSE:
- This position is part of the Connect to Resolve (C2R) organization within the Sanofi Business Services (SBS) organization. The purpose of the role is to support Project managers with the Chatbot solutions implemented globally within Sanofi. Chatbot solutions play key role in all Sanofi employee experience, ease life of the employees by answering their daily queries and providing data.
- Chatbot solutions intern would be supervised and report back on the work directly to the Project managers.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The following key activities will be performed by this role:
- • Continuous improvements of the Chatbot solutions together with the project manager
- • Incident tickets creation and solution testing based on the project manager instructions
- • Chatbots content clean up based on the instruction from the project manager
- • Chatbots functional documentation update under project manager supervision
- • Support project manager in implementation and testing of the chatbots enhancements based on business requirements
- • Update project documentation based on instructions from the project manager
- • Support with preparation of chatbot related articles and video material
- EXPECTED SKILLS:
- • Minimum experience with MS Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- • Communication skills with an ability to communicate and present information
- • Previous work experience as business analyst intern or IT intern is preferred
- • Fluency in English
